Robot software development, offline/online test and teaching points for various applications.
We already work with the following robots: Fanuc, Kuka, Stäubli and Denso. We are able to work on new brands for large enough projects.
At the beginning of the project, we are able to work and validate the robot program in a virtual environment of the cell, a kind of digital twin that allows us to validate the cycle time, avoid singularity issues, ensure the absence of collision and the proper behavior of the program. In particular, we have good experience with Fanuc's Roboguide software, Stäubli Robotics Suite (SRS) and Denso's WINCAPS.
Testing and commissioning
All programs are then delivered and developed with their environment (sensors, camera, PLC, conveyor, ...). We carry out the actual teaching of the points.
We have worked on projects combining robotics and laser trackers. We know the difference between repeatability and accuracy.
We have also developed projects with auto-teaching of the robot positions by program, especially for stockers where the number of slots and space requirements made teaching tedious or even prohibitive.
