Agileo Automation completes acquisition of TMI-Tech

Agileo Automation annouces that it has completed the legal process to acquire the assets of TMI-Tech.

Created in March 2010 by three TMI-Tech former employees, Agileo Automation ensures continuous service for TMI-Tech customers and enlarge its product portfolio with the following products: SECS/GEM communication library, Host simulator, Software libraries for Rorze EFEM and VTM management, 300mm software framework, E-84 protocol electronic boards, Electronic boards managing Load Port with mapping, Serial Port multiplexor boards, Multichannel acquisition software, Equipment log file analysis software (Uptime, MTBF, throughput, error graphs), Software helper for cycle time calculation.
